Dear Experts ,


i would like to get a support on below queries ,

1. total duration of answered call ( total answered time )
2. total duration  ivr time ( the calls spent in ivr )

In what application you want to measure it? On what type of object you want to measure? Be more clear please in that

in genesys database GIM or ICon

Handling time it's already there by default. The IVR depends on your GVP model
