Title: GMS Chat API - Disconnect - Interaction still in queue

Hi All,

I have successful Chat Disconnect API call from Post man, and response is received as per API documentation.

I found in Logs, that message from GMS reached Chat server and Chat server responsed back successfully to GMS.

As per logs, Chat server has infomed event status to interaction server, but the inteaction remains in queue  without ending itself.

Due to this agent is receiving blank chats, with no customers on other side.

Please let me know, if i am missing any basic configurations.

Check Chat Server option settings\stop-abandoned-interaction. You might want to change its value to noagents or noanswer.
