Hi guys
A question kinda noob here but my HD seems to be rusty :'(
So, if I wanna show the customer how many calls were answered on Calling List/Campaign POV and filter them by some Attach Data the agent added, like DispositionCode or something else, like a business value, how to do that? I tried to apply filters to it but seems not to work...honestly this question isn't on my radar and don't know why at this point ???
