Hi,
Can anyone help me how I can allow an outbound number like 020-437652 i.e a hyphen between city code and the actual number ,
Note : I want to MANUALLY dial this number from WDE and currently I am getting an error ''The call destination is invalid'' but if I dial it like 020437652 (i.e without hyphen in between) it just goes fine

Check the WDE option expression.phone-number.supported-characters
You have to add specil chars there - I think default value is 0123456789#* so even the + sign needs to be added if you want to call abroad.

??? Even if he add that, his carrier most probably won't support that hyphen. It is out of standard
