Title: Genesys Support Phone

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows how to update AttributeExtension data from within Support phone? We can update user data but is it possible to even update extension data?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is a tab under "Data" which you can switch between "User Data", "Reasons" and "Extensions". Mark the checkbox "Set as default data" when you would perform a TLib request that you would like to send the KVList
