Title: Save Chat from WDE

Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if this have been asked before but I looked for it and I found nothing ??? ???

I need to send WDE chat transcription via email and I found a sample strategy for that in the Universal Routing 8.1
Strategy Samples document. In addition, I need to export the chat transcription as a text file (eg .txt). Is that possible? And if that so, how? Straight through WDE or do I need to build a strategy for that (as for the sending via email)?

If you check the strategy provided as sample, will see it does everything based on a KVP that returns from WDE/GAD only. So you just need to send that KVP with value evaluated at the strategy.
