Hi all, a call comes in from mobile to the IVR, agent answer the call and conference a route point, once instant call conference in WDE, RP gets released. we are using Cisco call manager. any idea why? thank you

cavagnaro is right, at least we need to know, what exactly does not work.
If this is the case: URS gets EventRouteRequest but does not start to handle the call then check URS option [b]route_consult_call[/b] and set it to true (verify that it does no harm elsewhere).

Thank you all, I have found this is related to Cisco call manager. I don't understand Cisco but I will provide more info as soon as I receive it
