Dears ,
Once after login to BI historical report i am not able to open any report .the report page tab stand on loading only nothing works (even refresh for date select )
can any one suggest me what would be cause ?

Hi, which BI solution are you using? If it's interactive insights you might have a browser compatibility issue; we came across that recently - chrome had been updated and as a result interactive insights didn't work properly. If that's your case try using it from internet explorer.

And I had one problem with the locale (language) set to anything different from English caused that. I don't really remember what solved, but check if you change it to English solves your problem. It haf to do with Date formatting in my case.
