Dear Experts
I have a requirement for Agent Status Change (not ready reason ) which should be done from Supervisors level and not from Agent level .
any one can help suggest me the solution ?

I think that you can using workspace supervisor features, this should be a good starting point:

Weird link format, copied from phone browser - hope it works.
There should be an equivalent in the deployment guide stating how to enable the feature.
If the supervisors don't use workspace I guess you'd have to do a custom function like cavagnaro suggested.
