Title: RESOURCE_STATE_REASON - HARDWARE_REASON

Hi

In the Genesys database, the RESOURCE_STATE_REASON table has a few numbers listed down under the HARDWARE_REASON  column like 404. 481 etc.
Is there a list somewhere that tells us what these numbers mean

Assuming it is a sip server, that means the users are getting automatically not ready due to a failure to deliver the calls to their extensions (TServer\set-notready-on-busy = true on SIP Server options). Those are the SIP Response Status Codes (e.g. 404 - Extension Not Found - not registered - 481 - Transaction Terminated).
