Title: Business Process import failed

Hi All,

I am facing an issue while importing BP's in IRD. I always get below error:

[b]'Incomplete data, or the specified information is not within the allowable range'[/b]

I could not find anything in logs also nothing on Genesys KB.

can you please suggest what I can check further to fix this issue?

Check CfgServer logs

Might be related with config server starting to reject by default empty sections.
Could try to set config server option skip-annex-validation to 1 to make it behave in compatible with older versions mode.
