Title: Coaching - built-in bridge (BIB)- t server CUCM

Hi,
I have searched the forum for Coaching in WDE and BIB but couldn't find any info, also Genesys t server document for cisco which talks about intercome.
I have BIB enabled in cisco phones, how to configure/enable Coaching in WDE? Hope someone can help. Thank you

If it is not a feature described at TServer guide, then it is not supported, probably because Cisco didn't made it available for CTI integrations
