Good afternoon, expert friends, I hope you are well, I have a specific doubt:
PureEngage (Genesys) have a table or database where you register the calls one by one?
We need to know the call information for example between an agent and a customer.
I don't know if there is any table, if so, does it belong to any module? or it would be inside the GCTI base.
I remain attentive and thank you for your kind time in reading this specific doubt that I have.
