Hello,
We are unable to login into GWS for the new agents created only. We have the below error message:
c.g.c.w.s.CloudWebBasicAuthenticationFilter Contact center user profile not found for user
Can someone tell me if the Database Cassandra restore will be the fix?
I have already:
- Reboot all the GWS node , GWS Cassandra and elasti...
- Sync
Note: this issue appear only for the new agent.
