More of a general one this....
Is anyone really running blended operations (regardless of platform) and if so how do you manage inbound peaks without dropping calls?
The only way I can see of not increasing the dropped calls is to only allow blended with Preview campaigns. Being that we don't allow any queuing on outbound calls, don't want to permanently reserve any agents, makes it call a bit tricky.
Thoughts?
