Title: Agent Groups

Does anyone know whether within config manager it is possible to add a group to another agent group.

I have an agent group which is made up of two other agent groups currently I am adding shortcut's to the agents individually and therefore duplicating work... there has to be a better way!

Maybe you should use virutal Agent group according to agent skills.

You can drag and drop the contents of one agent group into another agent group...or is that not what you are aiming for?
