Title: How to enable Voice Print capability?

Hello All,

Voice Print for outbound calls cannot be enabled in our test environment.
We set the related options in MCP like below but it does not work. We cannot see anything related to Voice print files in MCP logs although the exact announcement is played on operator site.

cpa.enable_carrier_messages = true
cpa.carriermsg.0 = file://F:\VoicePrints\IsBusy.wav
cpa.carriermsg.1 = file://F:\VoicePrints\IsBusy1.wav
cpa.carriermsg.2 = file://F:\VoicePrints\IsBusy2.wav
cpa.preconnectresult.busy.list = 0 1 2
