Hi there,
I'm new here and I hope I can describe my problem so you may help me.
I'm using Pulse V.9.0.06 with Genesys Pure Engage. Using the async-Chats we want to monitor the numbers of items in the workbin of the Agents.
I tried to get some information from the statserver about the async-chat-main-workbin but I can't find the necessary statistics. As I read in some other posts there was only a possibility to do that with professional service from genesys.
Has this changed ? Is there a way to get this statistics from the workbin or do I still need the ps from Genesys ?

You would use the standard statistics for workbins with custom filter to measure just the async chat.

thanks for your response.
We are using Genesey pure engage cloud .with Pulse in Version 9.0.6 and CXInsights in version 9.0.011
In CXInsights report "Queues>Interaction Traffic Report" I see pretty well the amount of async-chat-main-workbin queue.
But for pulse there are no standard statistics. The object "Workbin" , where the async-chat-main-workbin appears, doesn't show any data.
Under "StagingArea" there is no async-chat-main-workbin object.
So what do I wrong. Which statistic I have to use ?
