Title: Call status via API

Hi guys. Need to get outbound call status from 3rd party software that knoes callId - indeed, top-view is more than sufficient - something like "answered "and "dialedButNotAnswewred" (no need to go deeper in Events). Got through manuals of Web Services, UCS, StatServer API (GMS) bud didn't find. Searched at forum but didn't find an answer either. Can you resomment if this is possible? Or the answer is Informart?

I believe that only in InfoMart as you mentioned. There is no API to get the result of the calls made that I am aware of

No, no such API, not even InfoMart could provide dialedButNotAnswered...what you can do is enable OCS AuditLogs and get the info from there.

I believe InfoMart  can do that if configured properly
