Title: Voice Platform Profiles - Service Parameter

I am using GAX to update my initial page URL of my IVR application and it seems the gvp.service-parameters automatically removing the service type in the value.

[b]Before updating URL - Service Parameter:[/b]

gvp.service-parameters

      voicexml.appcontextname - fixed, xxxx


[b]After  URL update - Service Parameter:[/b]

gvp.service-parameters

      voicexml.appcontextname - xxxx

But this is not happening if i do the same from CME. Why this is happening only from GAX?

Well, to start, you shouldn't mess with CME, GA or GAX were designed for GVP configurations.
Just be sure to have last versions of MCP and RM if going with GAX. It is the software that is currently being used to handle GVP configurations and evolving.
CME has been left out for a good time
