Title: Scheduling Agent Skills

Hi All,

Apologies if there is a thread that addresses this (i couldnt see one).

I am looking to have skills added/removed at different time intervals. Essentailly, I want to be able to automatically have an agents skills set at say 8AM. Then at 10AM i want the current skill removed and a new skill added without having to remember to manually do it myself.

I typically use Configuration Manager Version v8.1.300.19 but also have GAX 8.5.2(8.5.220.34)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No, unfortunately there is no way with that.
I think that with WFM you can do it.
Maybe you will need to develop some tool to achieve that

I think spotlight may be able to do this. It's a 3rd Party integration

This is possible using DCCM, new tool developed by pointel and can be found in genesys appfoundry. Please get details about licensing, or else develop your own tool
