Title: how to activate call forwarding on diversion on no reply ericsson BP250

guys got problem programming bussiness phone ericsson

im trying to call divert an extension handset dbc 202
to others ext on no reply internal with a delay of 15 secs. but not working

i try to activate but when they calling the ext for example ext1 its going direct to other ext2 i want to ring 1st if theres no answer will divert to ext 2...

guys do i need to press *00*

to program the call forward in standard phone

or do i need to enter *00#

to program call forwarding..

help me guys..

How does this has something to do with Genesys?
