Title: Impact on WDE's performance by adding Contact Center Statistics
Post by: genesyslearner on February 11, 2020, 08:15:54 AM
Hi Experts,

I am working on a requirement to add a stat based on VQ's in Contact Center Statistics of WDE. This is very much achievable by statistics.displayed-statistics option but i am concerned about it's impact on WDE's performance. I am not able to find any document on Load Management if say i add 50 more VQ's with AverageWaitingTime stat.

Does anyone has an idea on the load it would put on WDE?

Thanks

As I know, there is not negative impact on WDE performance by using statistics in general

Why WDE? There would be few, can't be more than what... 20? Else would be useless... WDE stats are supposed to be something precise and avoid saturation at visualization. Even 20 is a lot, so no, should not have a big impact

Thank Kubig & Cavagnaro!

I was worried because the requirement asks to add around 350-400 new queues for the stat(AverageWaitingTime) at the WDE application level. Of course, I will be filtering it out at VAG level but still that would make it around 70-80 stats per VAG.

Thanks for clarifying the impact!

Yeah... Not the best management idea ever... But ok... Technically will work lol
