Hi all, does anyone out there override 'agent-greeting' and 'customer-greeting' set on an agent login by setting the same in a routing strategy using UpdateExtension?
We've tried it and despite the SIP deployment guide stating it should take precedence; It does not.
We have removed the greetings from the agent login to prove the strategy setting the greetings in AttributeExtension does work. It does.
