Dear All,
Need your suggestion. Can we limit shared workbin count on agent or wde level. I could see max-workbin-interaction on interaction server level.
Is there any possibility that we can control the same on Agent/WDE level

What do you mean? Why you want to limit? Better to monitor the workbin and if he has items older than x days took an action
Why make the agents life harder?

Hi,
Presently the count is 600 in our environment for shared workbins. We just want to reduce the count.
Is there any way i can limit shared workbin count at Agent/Ade level ??
We have a huge mail flow in one of our Mailboxes due to that supervisors are not able to manage effectively with shared workbins.

No way to limit, unless via strategy you do as said something periodically with old items.
Limit is not going to solve your problem for what you explain, it is only going to get worst
