I have the same issue on Windows XP but it is fine on Windows 2000. Do you know what desktop you are using?

Checked on the Genesys tickets and think this may be an issue with XP and CCPulse 6.1.0... I have raised a ticket with Genesys and wait there response.

For XP, Genesys support CCpulse 6.1.3 or greater only.

This has happened to us a couple of times and reapplying the .stg files to the impacted client usually fixes the problem.

You will need to redo the templates. I had the darn thing happen to me too. However, you will continue to get this error.

Actually, the cause of the problem is... Statserver. Upgrading it to 6.5.102 or above will fix the problem.
