Title: Gax - Manage Application Options

Hi everyone!

Can you please vote for following idea? https://pureengage.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ENOPLA-I-192. I'm in contact with Genesys representative and he told me, that they consider ideas only if they reach some limit. Described functionality is one of many that forces me to still use the CME occasionally. I've think it would be great to do that in GAX. Yes yes, I know, there are many other fantactic ideas... but GAX should be CME complete replacement. Not alternative or worse dual-GUI system.
