Title: Speechminer issues

Hi! Can you please advise:
1) how to define user session timeout at Speechminer
Currently after user searches for records and listens to them through some time Speechminer refreshes the page hence user has to log in and filter the search again. Is there any possibility to turn this refresh off or at least to set it to some higher level?
2) how to search at several fields
Often it is useful to search records of the customer (based on his/her phone number) both inbound and outbound. We can search with either ANI or DNIS (there is ability to use AND condition but not OR). Is it possible to search phone number in several fields at a time, for example "ANI = XXXXXXX OR DNIS = XXXXXXX"?

Vendor? You are asking the Genesys KB directly...so...yes, they are the ones answering


As for searchs, check the documentation
