Hi,
I am working on a project to move agents from Cisco Harphone to Jabber and monitoring those agents over SIP via Genesys. I have configured everything according to the document attached however I still don't see Subscription messages from T-Server to CUCM.

Can you send how are your Trunk, VoIP Service and Extension DNs configured?
