Hi All,
I have a Genesys - Nuance integration and its working fine. It's a voice bot.
However client wants to introduce some noise in background of the call, so that it gives customer a real experience and it doesn't sound like a bot is speaking.Is it possible if we can conference in recorded wav file with some sounds in background at the start of the call which will we be played throughout the call.
It's just to enhance customer experience so that , customer get a feeling that it's speaking to a real agent not a bot.
