Wondering, anyone can share some CCPulse/Pulse screenshots of FB queues, segmentation?
Genesys sales team came with a speech that without Infomart you don't have stats...lol!

Yeah, but even on RealTime you have no need of CCA, only StatServers. CCA is historical
