Title: Outbound Calling List mandatory field (record_status) not changing to Retrieved

Hi,

    I manually inserted a record, loaded and started the campaign but the record_status field is not changing to Retrieved from Ready. I have an agent login and ready. Any ideas are on what could be causing this issue?

Check OCS logs
Validate your dialing time and time zone
