Has anyone any experiance of GVP? It looks very good but does anyone have any real experiances you can share?

GVP 6.5.4 seemed better than the 6.5.3. Dialogic configuration can be problematic. In original evaluation we found that it was quite tricky to use it as a messageinqueue type source, however the self service stuff was pretty neat.

The whole GVP deployment appears scaled down from a network based solution to a CPE solution, and then 'fitted' to make integrate with Genesys. I am sure that in the long term GVP will be more polished (think early WFMs/Outbound).

We also found that some of the deployment issues meant we couldn't pass DNIS down the E1 inand, so without tserver integration the thing turns into a pretty expensive fridge. This can cause additional complications when planning for 'unplanned' outages and resiliancy.
