Title: [GIA] Calling SOAP Web Services from Intelligent Automation
Post by: Sosy on June 11, 2020, 09:26:29 AM
Hi all Intelligent Automation users!

I'm trying to perform Soap Web Services calls from GIA.
We already deployed some Application that perform succesful HTTP requests, as lot examples can be found on the Help manual on how to develope Groovy script using getRemoteHttpData method. However, no examples on how to perform Soap Request can be found, neither using Script Block, neither using iHub.

Coming from Composer, we expected something similar to the Web Service Block or at least a similar way of integration.

Can anyone help me understanding if it's possibile to make a Soap Web Request call and how?

Thanks in advance!

"Coming from Composer"...version 8.5  ;D  ...in old Composer 8.0 there were no WS or WR blocks lol Oh boy...those were painful buggy days
You had to build them all by hand. Same thing here. You need to create your own code. Very likely next versions will have those blocks as well.
