Title: Tserver 7.0 w/ statserver 6.5

We recently upgraded our TServer with v7.0 and our statservers are at v6.5. Since the Tserver upgraded, we have seen that CCPulse is not accurate. When the agent goes into a Not Ready state, CCPulse is not seeing it and the agent appears to be Waiting for Next Call.

Has anyone else experienced this or have a suggestion what to check? This is on a Meridian 81C with Symposium 4.0 link.

I do know that certain versions of StatServer/TServer have had hot fixes fairly recently. Perhaps check with your vendor if there is an upgrade required to address any issues with your TServer version and your "old" StatServer version.

Have you made any progress with this? We are looking at doing the same thing soon and I was wondering if there are other issues you may have encountered as well.
