Title: WWE My Agents virtual AG display

Hi all,
using My Agents at WWE SV can see only his/her static AG - virtual AGs are not displayed in the list. Any clues how to fix?

In what part of WWE application? Try to be more specific in your issue description

Well, there is only one "My Agents" view at WWE - not sure how to be more specific =)

Click on Top-Right menu of WWE -> My Agents.
In My Agents view there is a drop-down list with AGs that are assigned to SV. Virtual AGs are not displayed in the list.

You mean the groups? Or the agents?
The agents are not visible because they are built dynamically by Stat server not Cfgserver, there is like a query to be run based on your script.
If you are talking about the Groups... Maybe permissions at Cfgserver level?

Yep, Agent Groups. Unfortunatelly haven't found anything at configuration - digged all the docs...

These virtual groups are configured absolutely the same way as regular groups (well, except the rule how agents are included to the group) - I mean permissions etc. But regular groups are displayed, and virtual are not.

What version of WWE is in use? I would recommend to use the latest version of WWE or at least version 8.5.202.50+
