Title: Genesys GVP 9 integration with uniMRCP server

Hi All
Does someboby have some experience with a integration between GVP 9 and uniMRCP.
We are using Genesys Engage on Prem.

We are doing a POC with Google TTS en SST.
And the integration is not from GVP 9 directly (We know that this is possible) but it is from the uniMRCP server that is in between of GVP and Google.
The GVP 9 enviroment is on premise in our one domain and the uniMRCP is hosted in a domain outside our firm.
So we are looking for some documentation or some help with the configuration in GVP and with the configuration on the uniMRCP server.
We configured a Resource Acces Point (RAP) for the TTS and the ASR part.
The protocol we use is MRCPv2 not MRCPv1.
Hope somebody can help me with this because we are stuck now and there no information about this integration.

When you get the uniMRCP you get documentation as well.

Thanks for the reply.
We also need to now how to configure the GVP 9 site but there is no Genesys Documentation about it.
So if you or anybody else could help me with that then that would be great.

Sorry but there is no documentation on Genesys site where is explaned how to configure GVP 9 to connect with a uniMRCP server.
Or maybe you can share the link to it.

There is no part of documentation related to the UniMRCP as the UniMRCP is not officially supported by the GVP (MCP) except Nuance platform. I would suggest to use existing docs and templates for Nuance and amend them in respect to your UniMRCP solution.

This is something you have to ask UniMRC guys. I have seen some documentation about Genesys but didn't read them all.
