Title: How to Configure dummy SDP

Hi,

Could you please let me know how to configure dummy SDP in Strategy.

In Predictive Calling Gateway is not accepting INVITE without SDP. I tried using reuse-sdp-on-reinvite option trunk also i tired this option Route point. But it doesn't help me.

Not the rensponse to what you directly asked, but try changing the option make-call-rfc3725-flow to 1, too.

I tried that too, in Trunk and RP but it doesn't help.

As checked with genesys docs it this option will used in Agent DN and msml (Voice Over IP Service)

Currently we are using NETANN based
