Title: architecture for WWE

Hi to all,
we are planning to add new agent workstations using WWE integrated with Salesforce. 
Genesys documentation declares to implement "web services" server that includes WWE, web services and adapter for Salesforce.
All could be integrated with actual Genesys platform: configuration layer, ORS, URS, Cassandra db, GMS, Chat server, SIP server, Interaction Servers, social media channels and so on.
Do you have similar architecture?
Could I expect or include other "pieces" of software?

Well... WWE and WS has its own requirements, like Cassandra.
It is all quite well documented at Deployment guides for each component.
Make a lab before so you can see what you would need to deploy
