Title: Consultation of license information in real time

Hello expert friends, there is a way or way to know the amount of license in use, something like a real-time counter that reports the use of places with activity for example.

I understand not natively.

I appreciate your comments.

are you talking seat licences?

Hi Tambo, if it is correct, they are seat licenses, I do not know if there is any genesys module that allows me to see the occupation of these licenses in real time.

you can use ccpulse to monitor all of your extensions and see which are being used

In Tserver logs you can see messages such as :
Line 67172: 07:43:55.995 Trc 20006 Number of seat licenses in use 748 out of XXXX available
