Title: How to extract historical attachments from Chat interactions from the UCS DB

Morning,
I have a client that needs an historical attachment from a Chat interaction in June. When searching the interaction in Workspace desktop edition I can find the interaction and attachment but when trying to open the attachment I get a "Failed to open within the specified timeout" message. I've increased the timeout time on WDE but still the same problem. The interaction is sitting in the UCS archive database. Can anyone advise on how to extract this attachment from the UCS database. Thanks in advance
