Title: SIP communication with Nuance over TCP
Post by: gen_den on September 27, 2020, 06:25:52 AM
Hi All,

I have Genesys- Nuance integration using MRCPV2 protocol. I understand that Genesys & Nuance talk over MRCPV2 protocol which is over TCP.
However SIP over UDP is used for signalling before they can start communicating over MRCPV2 using TCP.
Customer wants to have all communication over TCP.
can you please let me know if there is any setting in MCP by which I can enable the SIP signalling with Nuance also over TCP?

perhaps changing all the mtusize (there are multiple, in multiple sections) to the value 201 on MCP and RM applications configuration options.

Did you try to configure transport=tcp option on RAP level for MRCP integration?
