Title: Error at login in WWE - Workspace web edition on-premisis.

When i try to login an agent in "http://192.168.0.1:8090/ui/ad/v1/index.html", UI shows this ERROR message "An error has occurred please try again."
I've deployed Workspace Web Edition 8.5.202.71 in Linux OS.
I've checked the log file from this location "/var/log/gws/cloud.log" and found this log printed every time i try to login an agent.

I suppose your WWE node is not correctly synchronized with Genesys CFG. Try to reinitialize WWE against Genesys env.

Hi Kubig, thanks for the reply. I've tried restarting services and still couldn't able to login. Could you please provide a step-by-step guidence on how to reinitialize.

Check if you have some request at CfgServer log from WWE
