hi, I have an issue when agent 1 consult a customer call to agent 2 in SAP toolbar and then agent 2 release the call, agent 2 click on END, agent status doesn't change to READY in SAP toolbar. it looks like Genesys is not sending the compatibility list to SAP, has anyone experienced this issue before?
