Does anyone know if TCallID is the native switch call id? The developer guide only says that TCallID is an 'unsigned long'. Our TServer is talking to Symposium Link 4.2.

I am doing an integration using Symposium HDX. HDX can give me the switch's call id and I need to be able to pass user call data to symposium for scripting decisions.

Yes, TCallID is the Call ID delivered from switch. TConnID is the Call ID generated by Genesys TServer.
