Dear Genesys Experts,
We are a company has its own Call Recorder solution. We would like to integrate our call recorder solution with Genesys PureEngage like Nice did before. (active recording is the case) (Our call recorder works same as Nice.) I have couple of questions:
1. What should be done one Genesys side ? (PS: Genesys documentation is much appreciated)
2. What type of licenses, connectors and etc. are needed on customer side ?
Thank you very much for you help.
BR.

The link you sent includes lots of irrelevant information. Is possible to provide me a pdf which explains exactly third party call recording part ?
Many thanks,

You should ask that documentation to the recorder provider, not to Genesys
What has been shared is the way to perform integration.
You ask something but don't even provide the recorder name, does it even support Genesys as source for integration?
Clarify your "irrelevant" and what is "relevant" to you please.

Hi, we have done something similar before. It is actually not that hard and with the right SDK and knowledge of Genesys you can probably do it in less than a month. The approach that Genesys is recommendia is via Genesys Media Server integration.
We went a little bit different (and perhaps much more stupid way and used Genesys Platform SDK) - it was enough for us. There are plenty of examples of how to develop with Platform SDK and I even think on this forum there was something related to this a few years back.
