Hello,
can someone please help me with getting CCPulse to show agent's extension next to person?
Can this be done?

Here is the registry entry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GCTI\CallCenter\CUSTOM
DEFINITION\FormatAgentInfo
%n = Employee ID
%F = First Name
%f = First Name Initial
%L = Last Name
%l = Last Name Initial
I don't know if there is code for the extension number, though. Maybe this is a start, though...?
