Hello everyone I am new around here and maybe someone can help me.
I am trying to use CurrentReadyAgents on a Pulse wallboard to show the Total number of total ready agents on the Voice channel. However it shows an interection between the email and voice agents. I've already tried adding a voice and voicecall filter with no success. Any idea on how to solve this problem?
Sorry if my english is not the best, it is my second language.

Hi,
Can you share the stat server config for the statistic you are using and the filter(s) you've tried?
Did you plan to have several metrics displayed, one for each mediatype?

On the voice channel... Which object are you monitoring? Agent Group Right?
