Title: Do not call for manual calls.

Dear Experts,

Does Genesys have solution for Do not calls numbers for manual calls? (make call by WDE)
I have a list (around 30k numbers), We want Agents cannot make call to these numbers.

Would have to be a development at WDE or Endpoint as SIP Server just dials and making it by dial-rules would be kinda a pain
