Hi folks,
I need to pull the interaction out of the target in case of external updates (already talked with advisor, account cleared, etc)
We received updates from external services directly into the interaction (iWD), how can we pull the interaction out of the "target" in strategy to avoid duplicate outbound calls / emails / etc in case of update from external services?

You can use SetUpdateTrigger[] function to achieve required functionality.
